Content and Marketing Intern

RC Outfitters is seeking a creative, motivated Content and Marketing Intern to support its marketing team. The intern will create social media, photo, video, graphic, and website content; assist with marketing campaigns, email marketing, events, brand initiatives, and community activations; and help track campaign performance.

What you'll do:

• Assist with planning and creating social media content for RC Outfitters
• Capture photo and video content in-store, at events, and throughout the local community
• Assist with filming and editing Reels, short-form videos, and other social content
• Help develop creative concepts, campaigns, and content ideas
• Create graphics and other visual assets using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Help maintain and organize photo and video content
• Assist with product photography and lifestyle content featuring RC Outfitters products and brands
• Assist with monthly marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Support email marketing and website content updates
• Help coordinate marketing materials, signage, and in-store promotions
• Assist with brand and vendor marketing initiatives
• Help track social media and campaign performance

• • Basic experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar creative tools
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills

• • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• • Willingness to work occasional weekends for events and content creation
• Current college student pursuing Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred
• • Interest in running, fitness, fashion, lifestyle, or the local community is a plus
