Content Creator Intern (Paid, Part-Time) About the studio Botanica Beauty Studio is a med spa in Bellevue offering tox, filler and skin treatments. We are a small, welcoming team and our content shows real results, real care and the calm feel of our studio. Follow us on Instagram @botanicabeauty_studio. Location: 12611 Northup Way, Suite 220, Bellevue, WA 98005. This role is on-site. What you will do 1. Shoot photos, Reels and TikToks in the studio: treatment rooms, products, team moments and (with written consent) client visits. 2. Edit short-form video on your phone or camera using CapCut or similar. 3. Post and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok and our Google Business Profile. 4. Provide photos and short clips for our website. 5. Save and organize all raw and final files in our shared Botanica Content Google Drive folder. 6. Help plan a simple weekly content calendar and track what performs best. 7. Follow our brand guidelines on look, tone, captions and music. What we are looking for 1. A portfolio, Instagram or TikTok link showing content you made (required). 2. Phone or camera shooting and editing skills, CapCut or similar. 3. Comfortable filming in a clinical setting around treatments, needles and skin care. 4. Reliable every week for our 3 set days: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. 5. Good judgment with privacy, and respect for clients and the team. 6. A student or recent grad in marketing, communications, film, photo or a related field is a plus, not required. 7. Must be 18 or older. Content and privacy rules 1. Written client consent (signed media release) before filming or photographing any client. 2. No faces, names, tattoos, jewelry or other identifying details without that consent. 3. Treat all client information with HIPAA and privacy care: no client info in captions, screens or backgrounds, and no content kept on personal accounts. 4. All content follows Botanica brand guidelines and is approved before posting. Schedule 1. Part-time, on-site 3 set days per week: Tuesday and Thursday 10 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday 11 AM to 4 PM (15 hours per week). 2. Start date: as soon as possible. 3. Length: 3 months, with the option to extend. Pay 1. $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, paid as a W-2 part-time employee. 2. Pay within the range depends on experience and portfolio. Benefits and perks 1.
