Content Marketing Coordinator

Topline Pro is building an AI-powered platform for service businesses. The Content Marketing Coordinator will manage the company’s content engine, including website content, social media calendars, brand content collection, and cross-channel execution while using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.

What you'll do:

• Manage and organize content on our website, building systems so nothing gets lost
• Build and run the social media content calendar, from planning through execution
• Kick off and maintain a content collection system to consistently capture company and customer brand content
• Partner with the marketing team and cross-team collaboration to drive forward content execution and engagement
• Use AI tools to move faster and raise the quality and consistency of our content
• Jump into ad hoc projects across the marketing team as priorities shift

• • Comfortable with AI tools to drive efficiency
• • A portfolio of work you're proud of
• • Experience with social media management or content calendar tools
• • Solid, articulate copywriting skills
• • An internship, full-time experience, or a strong personal online presence/project
