Bachelor's degree, active SECRET security clearance, 8 years flying (5 as C-17 pilot) with air drop and aerial refueling experience or waiver, 2 years/200 hours instructor experience, simulator/C-17 experience, strong communication and instructional skills, computer proficiency.
