Responsibilities Financial Close & Reporting Own and execute the end-to-end monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant financial results Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals Analyze P&L and balance sheet accounts to identify key drivers, variances, and potential risks Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and insights to support decision-making Controls, Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to GAAP and PepsiCo/Sabra policies and procedures Maintain a strong internal control environment and proactively identify and mitigate risks Support internal and external audit processes, including preparation of documentation and responses Business Partnership Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Tax, Treasury) to support financial reporting and close activities Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate financial results into actionable insights Process Improvement & Transformation Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale accounting processes Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control effectiveness Support system implementations by performing UAT testing, identifying defects, and coordinating issue resolution with project team Tax & Treasury Support Support sales tax filings and compliance activities in partnership with internal and external advisors Support treasury operations, including payment processes and controls, as required Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
