The GTM Product Strategy Analyst will support go-to-market planning and execution by conducting market and competitive research, developing positioning and messaging, supporting pricing and alliance strategies, and creating assets for sales, marketing, and delivery teams.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Build go-to-market assets such as messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and competitive battlecards
  • Support development of alliance strategy to identify and strengthen partnerships that extend product reach and capabilities
  • Contribute to marketing strategy, including campaign planning and content that supports product awareness and demand generation
  • Support market activation efforts to launch products and capabilities into targeted markets and segments
  • Support practice activation efforts to equip internal practice and delivery teams with the knowledge and assets needed to sell and deliver the product suite
  • Analyze product usage, pipeline, and market data to identify trends and inform strategic recommendations
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to align go-to-market execution with product strategy

What they're looking for:

  • • Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • • Genuine curiosity about how software products are positioned, marketed, and brought to market
  • • Comfort synthesizing data and market research into clear, actionable recommendations
  • • Strong collaboration skills across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and leadership teams
  • • Ability to translate market insights and customer needs into clear strategic documentation
  • • Sales skills, including the ability to understand buyer needs, support pursuit conversations, and help move deals through the sales cycle
  • • Strong messaging skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences
  • • Ability to conduct product analysis, evaluating features, performance, and market fit to inform strategic recommendations
  • • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Economics, or related field
  • • Completion of at least one course, academic project, internship, or professional assignment in either (1) product management, marketing, or business strategy or (2) life sciences R&D, clinical, pharmacovigilance, or a related field; experience in both areas is not required
  • • Experience contributing to at least one market analysis, go-to-market plan, business case, or comparable strategic deliverable
  • • Ability to travel 20-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Benefits:

  • This full-time, US-based hybrid role
  • You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
