About this role

POSITION SUMMARY:
An Inventory Integrity Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory within the AEO distribution
center environment. This role is responsible for identifying, researching and verifying the accuracy of inventory adjustments, including
the impact on Financial and Merchandising systems. The Coordinator provides support and assistance to the Inventory Integrity team
and Inventory Management to collaborate on department responsibilities and reporting.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor inventory integrity through UDC & 3PL production activities ensuring transactions are processed for accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis, research and investigation of all inventory discrepancies ensuring necessary corrections or adjustments in a timely manner
• Provide support and oversee UDC, cycle counts and random receipt or shipping audits
• Maintain Inventory accuracy metrics and associated UDC/3PL reporting for management
• Utilize the WMS (e.g., PKMS, AS-400) and RF equipment to track and confirm all inventory locations and status changes
• Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational departments and across sites to enhance inventory accuracy
• Train and educate site staff in proper inventory integrity and control techniques and practices as needed
• Communicate information cross-functionally to department associates in an appropriate manner
• Subject Matter Expert’ (SME) on all Operational position roles and tasks
• Continual partnership and alignment with Inventory Analyst to collaborate on department responsibilities and reporting
• Partner with Operations to identify and implement preventative controls that reduce the risk of inventory loss or fraud
• Ensure confidentiality of all company and customer information
• To foster real-time collaboration and team synergy, this role requires daily in-person attendance at our DC location
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum one year experience in Inventory area; previous experience in a production, processing, retail warehousing environment or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of the WMS systems & processes (PKMS, IP/AS-400) using various screens and programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple assignments with strong attention to detail and established deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem solving, investigative and follow up skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred
• Team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills and dependability while interacting with all levels of the Company
• Travel may be required depending on responsibilities and assignment
• Physical requirements may involve extended periods of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting/pushing cartons or totes
