They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and support business growth.
What you'll do:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and brand awareness efforts that support Campbell Oil business objectives
- Help create, edit, and organize marketing content for flyers, signage, advertisements, email campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications
- Ensure marketing materials remain consistent with approved Campbell Oil branding, messaging, and visual standards
- Coordinate timelines, collect approvals, track deliverables, and help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Work with outside vendors, printers, media partners, and internal stakeholders to support production and distribution of marketing materials
- Assist with website updates, email marketing initiatives, social media scheduling, and basic tracking of campaign performance metrics
- Help coordinate sponsorships, community events, customer outreach initiatives, and other marketing activities that enhance Campbell Oil visibility in the market
- Track marketing activity, compile campaign data, and prepare reports or summaries for leadership review
- Work closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams to understand business needs and support local and company-wide marketing efforts
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, communication, organization, and campaign effectiveness

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, advertising, project coordination, or administrative support
