Corporate Accounting Intern (Summer 2027)

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Corporate Accounting Intern to support its Accounting and Finance team. The role provides hands-on experience with financial reporting, month-end close activities, accounts receivable, compliance initiatives, subcontractor documentation, and other corporate accounting functions.

What you'll do:

• Assist with project setup by assigning job numbers and establishing projects in various accounting system modules
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Perform general ledger account analysis and investigate variances
• Assist with the review and analysis of subcontractor prequalification documentation
• Maintain subcontractor files and support the renewal process
• Track owner contract processing and maintain contract records
• Enter cash receipts and process daily deposits
• Support accounts receivable activities and recordkeeping
• Assist with sales and use tax compliance and maintain related documentation
• Support the Internal Audit Program and other corporate compliance initiatives
• Prepare and organize financial and administrative records
• Assist with special projects and other accounting-related tasks as assigned
