Corporate Legal Recruiter

Internet Brands is an online media and software services company with businesses across legal, health, automotive, and home/travel markets. The Corporate Legal Recruiter will support national talent acquisition needs for the company's legal divisions by managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and driving hiring initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define hiring criteria, and develop accurate and compelling job descriptions
• Proactively source and engage both active and passive talent through referrals, networking, technology, external recruiting partners, events, and other sourcing channels
• Optimize job postings and advertising strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Review applications, screen candidates, and identify the strongest talent for each opportunity
• Manage the interview process from start to finish, partnering with managers, directors, and other key stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting partner

• 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience; legal recruiting experience preferred
