Corporate Recruiter

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is one of the largest freight brokerage firms in the nation, seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across IT, Finance & Accounting, and corporate functions. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for IT, Finance & Accounting and corporate professional roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and talent market dynamics
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
• Evaluate candidates through phone screens, structured interviews and candidate assessments
• Guide hiring managers on interview best practices, compensation alignment and hiring decisions
• Manage candidate experience from first conversation through offer and onboarding
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline health and outcomes in our ATS (Avature)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring outcomes

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to influence hiring managers and operate as a business partner
• Excellent communication, organization and follow‑through
• Comfort working in a 100% in‑office, performance‑driven environment
