Corporate Recruiter I

Love's Travel Stops is a family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City, focusing on fueling customers' journeys since 1964. The Corporate Recruiter I will identify, recruit, and hire talent to support the company's growth, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate positions and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage a high-volume recruiting workload, prioritizing multiple openings and hiring managers while maintaining recruiting service level expectations
• Successfully manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing and future high-volume hiring needs
• Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Sources, identifies, and recruits qualified candidates through multiple channels including ATS, employee referrals, professional networking, job boards, social media, and career fairs
• Screens, interviews, and evaluates candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and organizational fit
• Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
• Coordinates and facilitates interviews, candidate travel arrangements, and reimbursement processes as needed
• Maintains accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system and ensures compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pipeline
• Attends campus recruiting events, professional networking events, and career fairs to promote employment opportunities and strengthen employer branding efforts
• Assists with recruiting projects, process improvements, and other Human Resources initiatives as needed
