Cost Accountant

Incab America is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Cost Accountant who is fluent in Korean to join their team. This role will support key financial operations, including inventory and cost accounting, as well as assist with tax-related matters.

What you'll do:

• Assist with inventory accounting, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
• Support cost accounting processes such as cost analysis, variance analysis, and budgeting
• Help prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with tax compliance and filings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Fluency in Korean (written and spoken) required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Internship or prior experience in accounting or finance is a plus
• Knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software
