Cost Accountant

RG&T Solutions is seeking an entry-level Cost Accountant to develop accurate cost-per-unit calculations that support sales pricing. The role performs closing activities, analyzes sales and materials data, prepares pricing and profitability analyses, and supports variance analysis and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

• Perform monthly closing activities related to sales and materials, presenting results to management
• Analyze sales and materials data for six budget events annually, providing insights to management
• Create sales breakdowns and profit analyses under supervision using analytical and accounting skills
• Prepare parts and unit pricing quotes with guidance
• Analyze material usage and sales price variances, supporting continuous improvement

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an associate's with relevant experience
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, cost accounting, and basic accounting principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
