Cost Accounting Analyst

Zeus is seeking a Cost Accounting Analyst who will support both finance and operations by managing cost accounting systems and processes. The role involves collaborating with manufacturing to address financial impacts and educate departments on cost drivers and variances, while also participating in project teams to reduce product costs.

What you'll do:

• Support both finance and operations by being involved in the cost accounting systems and processes, as well as the monthly cost of goods sold and inventory reporting
• Function as a business support person to the CathX plants and finance team
• Work closely with manufacturing to understand issues and how they impact the financial results as well as educate/inform department(s) on cost drivers and variances
• Participate on and support project teams to reduce product cost, evaluate key cost components of the operations (efficiencies, yields, etc.)
• Assist with the review and analysis of the actual manufacturing variances to identify key performance drivers and encompass key findings into standard setting processes
