About this role

This CTX Manager role will be a core part of the CB&V team and will work closely with market leaders and functional experts across our top 20 markets within PepsiCo for both Foods and Beverages. This role will be part of a team focused on synthesizing and communicating key global data to identify and prioritize incremental E2E cost transformation opportunities the organization could pursue. The work will be fast paced, deeply analytical, and hinge on the ability to translate analytics into clear and compelling stories that influence the organization. The role will also have an integral part in helping to define and execute the vision for the digital benchmarking solution that we will be releasing to markets in Q4 of ’26. The individual work to define the vision for the tool and then leverage the solution post-launch to run the benchmarking process. fr

To be successful in this role you will need to be perpetually curious, enjoy building an intimate knowledge of our cost structure, operating models, and profit drivers, and be fueled by analytically linking key choices to P&L and operational outcomes at a granular and actionable level. You’ll also need to enjoy highly collaborative ways of working in a project-based environment, be comfortable with building and giving presentations to multiple levels of the organization and have strong organization/ time-management skills. A strong background in breaking down cost buckets into specific drivers will be crucial to success. Experience with specific benchmarking techniques such as ZBB is preferred, but not a requirement.

 

 

  • Define and interpret global cost benchmarks that point to insights and opportunities for markets to pursue
  • Synthesize global performance data across ops, commercial, and finance to identify top trends and critical business issues that are impacting PepsiCo and our top markets
  • Execute ad hoc analytical efforts to deconstruct new critical business issues in a way that point to insights and opportunities for markets to pursue
  • Challenge the status quo to help key markets build and maintain their cost transformation pipelines, including synthesizing findings from complex analyses into a clear and logical presentations to educate and steer key business owners
  • Provide thought leadership to business partners and senior level executives on a broad range of business-critical topics
  • Collaborate with operations, GTM, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, GBS, and Data & Analytics teams to codify process and analytical tools to replicate and scale
  • Help define and execute the vision for our digital benchmarking solution

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $152,600.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
  • Must have strong working knowledge of the P&L and insight into business and performance levers with operations or GTM knowledge a major benefit
  • Previous experience in cost benchmarking and/or strategic finance strongly preferred, along with familiarity with techniques such as ZBB
  • Multi-disciplinary or consulting experience preferred
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
  • Highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment and strong technical skills to process large quantities of data 
  • Ability to work through high degrees of ambiguity and be self-directed in a dynamic and highly collaborate environment
  • Strong influence management, communication and cross-cultural skills to effectively interact with all levels of management
  • Experience translating business requirements into digital tools including metric definition, data requirements, and outlining digital outputs

 

The preferred location for this position is Mexico City however this role may be based in one of PepsiCo’s US hub locations (Plano, TX or Purchase, NY).
