The Marketing Solutions Analyst supports consulting engagements through research, data analysis, strategy development, customer experience transformation, technology evaluation, and presentation of actionable recommendations.

What you'll do:

• Conducting customer, market, and business research
• Supporting marketing and customer experience strategies
• Analyzing data to uncover insights and opportunities
• Facilitating stakeholder interviews and working sessions
• Supporting customer journey and experience transformation initiatives
• Developing presentations, recommendations, and client deliverables
• Evaluating marketing technologies and digital capabilities
• Leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies
• Presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders
• Translating complex information into actionable business solutions
