Firehouse Subs Mechanicsburg, PA is hiring Crew Members

Join the Firehouse Subs team in Mechanicsburg, PA! We’re hiring full-time and part-time Crew Members, and we’d love to meet you.

As a Crew Member, you’ll be on your feet for most of your shift while supporting multiple stations in the sub-making process. You’ll start training in one area, such as Cashier or Sandwich Maker, then be cross-trained so you can help wherever the team needs you.

Your top priority is creating a great guest experience every shift. You’ll provide friendly, dependable service, follow our food-prep standards, and help deliver hearty, flavorful subs made the right way.

Reports To: General Manager / Assistant Manager / Shift Leader

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a fast-food or fast-casual environment (for example: McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, CAVA, Subway, Burger King, Jimmy John’s, Jersey Mike’s, or similar) is a plus. Most importantly, we’re looking for team players who are friendly, dependable, and ready to learn.

Requirements

• Deliver top-notch customer service at all times.
• Work with a goal-oriented mindset and be a dependable team player.
• Handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Have cash-handling skills and basic knowledge of POS systems.
• Quickly learn menu items, ingredients, and product knowledge.
• Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and clean in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Be flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Communicate effectively with guests, answer questions, and address concerns professionally.
