The Staten Island Workforce1 Career Center is partnering with Taco Bell to find qualified candidates for a Crew Member position in Staten Island, NY. The Crew Member provides friendly and efficient customer service while supporting daily restaurant operations. This role takes and prepares customer orders, processes payments, prepares food and beverages, and maintains a clean and organized work environment. Crew Members also restock supplies, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and work with team members to provide accurate and prompt service. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed.
• Work effectively with team members during busy periods.
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and served promptly.
• Complete assigned cleaning, stocking, opening, and closing duties.

• At least 6 months of relevant food service experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Must have open availability to work any required shifts to meet business needs at this 24/7 location.
• Must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
