Crypto Operations Intern (Summer 2027)

Robinhood is a financial technology company working to democratize finance and build the future of financial services. The Crypto Operations Intern will support critical crypto product operations, troubleshoot customer escalations, identify process improvements, contribute to internal tool development, and help ensure operational readiness for product launches.

What you'll do:

• Support critical business functions, such as monitoring order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management
• Handle and troubleshoot complex customer escalations, supporting root-cause analysis and partnering with product teams to prioritize fixes
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes, translate operational needs into product requirements, and collaborate with product operations to design scalable solutions
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by providing feedback, testing new workflows, and partnering with engineering to ensure tools meet operational needs
• Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and developing clear process documentation

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related analytical field with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027/Summer 2028
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for different audiences
• Operational and product-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Interest and passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and emerging financial products
