Current Product Cost Reduction Engineering Co-op- Spring 2027

Atmus Filtration Technologies provides engineering experiences for students across a wide range of engineering disciplines and STEM-aligned degree programs. The Product Cost Reduction Engineering Co-op will support prototype builds, design and validation activities, customer engineering, test engineering, and reliability projects onsite in Cookeville, Tennessee.

What you'll do:

• Product Design / Development / Validation - New Product Development, Current Product Support or Validation/Verification planning for filtration & separation systems
• Customer Engineering - Application & Customer support, Issue Resolution
• Test Engineering – Development of new laboratory equipment, procedures, and test methods
• Reliability - Product Development Risk Assessment & Failure Analysis

What they're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering graduate degree program and in good standing, specifically Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Methodical and data-based approach to problem-solving

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a graduate degree. (Mechanical/Industrial)
• Must be able to complete a 12-months commitment, no exceptions
• Must be able to complete 40 hours per week and onsite 100%
