Customer Marketing Analyst, CSP

Mars is a food manufacturing company seeking a Customer Marketing Analyst, CSP to execute customer investment strategies and optimize trade promotion tactics. The role analyzes shopper and consumer insights, develops promotional strategies, and partners with internal sales teams, trade promotion managers, and retailers to drive profitable sales, share growth, and improved revenue.

What you'll do:

• Identify and evaluate promotion optimization opportunities
• Partner with Trade Promotion Managers and Team Lead, to drive profitable sales and share growth across the U.S. for assigned channel
• Execute complex and comprehensive analyses to support the development of channel-level and customer-level promotional strategies that achieve sales, share, and profitability objectives
• Facilitate strategic conversations with internal Sales Directors and retailers (including customer reviews and top to top meetings) to evaluate tradeoffs and commercialize opportunities

What they're looking for:

• Professional Degree in Business, Economics, Administration or equivalent
• 1+Years professional experience working with leading multi- functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries
• Strong knowledge of syndicated data (e.g. IRI, Nielsen) and its nuances
• Must be skilled with turning insights into opportunities & translating them into actionable
• Familiarity with customer base and working knowledge of retail merchandising and in store execution tactics is a nice to have
• Technical knowledge skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, SAP knowledge would be a nice to have
