Customer Operations Analyst

ZT Systems is a technology infrastructure company that designs, builds, and delivers solutions for customers. The Customer Operations Analyst I supports day-to-day customer operations by managing orders, monitoring deliveries, coordinating with internal teams, assisting with customer inquiries, and analyzing operational data.

What you'll do:

• Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery
• Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules
• Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues
• Monitor order backlog and identify potential delivery risks
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems
• Assist with customer inquiries and support issue resolution
• Generate basic operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making
• Support process improvements and special projects as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
