Cybersecurity Analyst - Student Employee

Maryville University is searching for a new analyst to help oversee functions of their Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CCOE). This role involves maintaining lab equipment, supporting curriculum development, and coordinating educational outreach programs.

What you'll do:

• Maintain CCOE labs, equipment, machines, and software
• Identify and troubleshoot minor technical and software issues in the CCOE
• Manage and maintain computer lab technologies in partnership with IT Department
• Curriculum Support
• Test virtual labs, offer suggestions for improvement when needed
• Assist with cybersecurity research and participate in professional communities of practice
• Help to create new labs, experiments, hands-on learning opportunities
• Coordinate cybersecurity tutoring preparation sessions
• Instruct students and faculty in the use of equipment in the CCOE
• Coordinate CCOE and Maryville Cyber Speaker Series Cultivate additional community clients and build tiered service packages for these clients
• Youth Cyber Safety Workshop development and implementation

• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or enrolled in a related discipline
