Data Analyst

Maersk WND, LLC is hiring a Data Analyst to support warehouse operations. The role turns operational data into actionable insights, develops reporting, and partners with operations leadership to improve productivity, quality, labor utilization, and customer service.

What you'll do:

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and root causes
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports using business intelligence tools
• Monitor key operational metrics, including productivity, quality, throughput, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and service performance
• Partner with operations managers to support labor planning, staffing analysis, and capacity forecasting
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational improvements
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for frontline leadership and senior management
• Validate data accuracy and investigate discrepancies across multiple systems
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through statistical analysis and performance measurement
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
