Data Analyst

CCI Facility Support Services, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking a Data Analyst. The role supports energy data reporting by compiling monthly and quarterly metrics, analyzing utility and contract-related data, and developing dashboards, spreadsheets, and visual reports to support decision-making.

What you'll do:

• Data Analytics & Reporting
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes data related to municipal service contracts, base maintenance activities, utility usage, and energy consumption
• Assists in developing dashboards, spreadsheets, and visual reports to support decision making
• Reviews utility billing and contractor invoices for accuracy and identifies discrepancies or trends
• Supports energy data reporting requirements by compiling monthly and quarterly metrics

What they're looking for:

• * Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, or business analytics
• * Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data
• * Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and administrative staff
• * Ability to follow instructions, manage multiple tasks, and meet established deadlines
• Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about. Work is mostly performed from a sedentary posture. The employee is regularly required to hear, talk, sit, and use hands and fingers to operate a keyboard and phone. The employee may be occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift, handle, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust vision
