Data Analyst

Clark National Accounts is seeking a Data Analyst to develop reporting and analytical resources that support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making. The role involves building dashboards, data models, automated reporting solutions, pricing tools, and analyses while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, data visibility, and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and related tools to track key performance metrics
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact operational efficiency, customer programs, and financial performance
• Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into sustainable reporting and analysis solutions
• Build and maintain pricing models, quoting tools, and analytical resources used to support customer programs and internal decision-making
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for leadership to support strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and operational planning
• Document reporting logic, data sources, and methodologies to ensure reporting remains consistent, repeatable, and sustainable
• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and improved data visibility
• Present findings in a clear and practical way to a wide range of audiences, including managers and senior leadership
• Work independently or in partnership with management to develop solutions that balance technical accuracy with practical business needs

• We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL required
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools required
• Experience working with relational data structures and large datasets
• Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous requirements and develop effective solutions
