Data Analyst

Empire Automotive Group is an automotive retail organization seeking a Data Analyst for its corporate office. The role collects, analyzes, and validates employee compensation, benefits, and workforce data; produces reports and dashboards; and supports HR and finance teams through accurate reporting, workforce planning, and maintenance of business intelligence tools and Excel-based models.

What you'll do:

• Involve in collecting, analyzing, and validating employee compensation, benefits, and workforce data to produce standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• The role supports HR and finance teams by ensuring accurate and timely data reporting, documenting report specifications, and maintaining business intelligence tools And Excel-based Models
• Responsibilities Include Analyzing Compensation Trends, Labor costs, and workforce metrics using business intelligence tools to support operational reporting and workforce planning

What they're looking for:

• Master or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Cis, Engineering, It, Business Administration, Science, Health Informatics or related field with 6 months of experience
