About this role

The Data Analyst maintains and processes policies paid by Government Allotment and Discounted Premiums, manages billing-related changes and refunds, and responds to customer and agent inquiries.
What you'll do:
- Maintains and processes all policies paid by Government Allotment and Discounted Premiums
- Processes all combine bills, payer, pay mode changes and necessary refunds as directed
- Researches and responds to inquiries from customers and agents regarding any billings concerns or problems
