Data Analyst

RG&T Solutions is hiring a Data Analyst to collect accurate, detailed data from retail sales floors. The role supports merchandising and supply chain optimization through reporting, collaboration with planogram and merchandising teams, and insights to improve store performance.

What you'll do:

• Collect and document critical in-store data to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with planogram analysts and merchandising teams to ensure precise execution of retail solutions
• Provide insights that help improve store performance and drive sales growth
• Maintain high standards for data accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
• Support continuous improvements to merchandising and operational processes through reliable reporting
