Data Analyst

Signal Travel & Tours, Inc. is hiring a Data Analyst to support travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support. The role focuses on collecting, validating, analyzing, documenting, and communicating business or research information while maintaining accurate records and reports.

What you'll do:

• Collect and organize data, requirements, or research information connected with travel planning, tours, reservations, ticketing, traveler communication, payments, and itinerary support
• Clean, validate, or review records for missing information, inconsistencies, and unusual values
• Build or maintain reports, trackers, summaries, process maps, or analysis files appropriate to the role
• Investigate trends, exceptions, workflow gaps, or research findings and document conclusions clearly
• Explain findings or requirements in concise updates for managers, clients, or project stakeholders
• Maintain clear source notes, definitions, and analytical documentation so recurring work stays consistent
