Data Analyst

Universal Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data using SQL and Python. The role develops dashboards and reports and analyzes data to help management make informed decisions.

What you'll do:

• Collect, validate, cleanse and manipulate large amounts of data and datasets
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Conduct extensive data analysis using SQL and Python
• Train end users on the use of created reports and dashboards

What they're looking for:

• Minimum of **1-3 years of functional or data analyst experience**
• Experience collecting, cleaning, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets
• Strong analytical skills including **data cleaning, analysis, and visualization**
• Experience creating and maintaining **reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses**
• Experience developing reports using **Power BI and/or Tableau**
• Familiarity with **data warehouses, ETL tools, and/or other data storage solutions**
• Understanding of business processes and translating end-user needs into actionable data
• Ability to conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and improvement opportunities
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with **Python and/or SQL**
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital and analytical tools through certificates and/or certifications (preferred but acceptable as experience-based knowledge)
