Data Analyst I

Akkodis is seeking a Data Analyst I for an unnamed client in Houston, TX. The role supports database testing, enhancement, and implementation, with a focus on data accuracy and system efficiency.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate and implement changes to databases to support business and technical requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for large-scale data integration and management
• Analyze data requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend effective data solutions
• Test databases and programs, troubleshooting issues, and implement necessary corrections
• Modify and optimize database structures to improve performance, reliability, and scalability
• Support data-driven decision-making by ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, database management, ETL processes, or a related area
• Knowledge of database technologies, data structures, and database management systems
• Experience with ETL processes and familiarity with at least one scripting language
