Data Analyst Intern

Modern Woodmen of America is a fraternal benefit society and member-focused financial services organization. The Data Analytics Intern will support business decision-making through analytics, reporting, research, and process improvement projects while gaining experience through cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Gain exposure to a variety of disciplines through meetings, events, and cross-functional partnerships
• Conduct research on trends and best practices

What they're looking for:

• Student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship
• This is a full-time, 11-week office focused, summer internship position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m
• Office focused positions work on-site due to the nature of the work and have limited remote days
