Data Analyst Intern, Summer 2027

Daikin Comfort offers an 11-week summer internship program focused on mentorship, training, collaboration, and hands-on projects. The Data Analyst Intern will assist with projects that promote environmental efficiency, improve data reliability and quality, and support data-driven decision-making through data infrastructure and process improvements.

What you'll do:

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS ‘big data’ technologies
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
• Develop ways to improve data quality, reliability, and efficiency
