As a **lead data analyst** for the Claims Triage and Automation (CTA) program within the Claims Control organization, you’ll focus on testing, designing, and measuring best practices. You’ll establish and standardize test and control methodologies used to evaluate new tools, processes, and initiatives before implementation. You’ll prioritize A/B testing, randomized test and control design, and relevant statistical methods to create consistent frameworks, measurement standards, and reporting practices that can be used across teams. You’ll partner with analysts and business partners to ensure testing approaches are designed with rigor, aligned to business needs, and translated into clear, actionable recommendations. Through standardized templates, definitions, and measurement practices, you’ll help improve consistency, scalability, and confidence in how decisions are made.

**Minimum qualifications**

  • A minimum of eight years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of seven years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of five years analytical work experience

**Preferred skills**

  • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, randomized test and control frameworks, and other statistical approaches relevant to measurement and decision support.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation principles, including control group design, segmentation, sample design, measurement strategy, and interpretation of results.
  • Experience creating standardized processes, templates, and governance within analytics or measurement functions.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills, with experience in Python, R, or SAS and Power BI/ Tableau.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses in a clear, business-focused way.

**Compensation**

  • $98,400 - $131,200 /year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
