Data Analyst – Provider Contract Administration (On Site)

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is a healthcare system focused on delivering patient-inspired care and supporting its employees. The Data Analyst will support the Provider Contract Administration team through provider compensation modeling, contract performance analysis, financial impact assessments, and data-driven insights. The role also partners with cross-functional teams on compensation model redesigns.

What you'll do:

• C ollect, aggregate, and analyze provider compensation and productivity data to support program design and evaluation
• Partner with HR, Business Development, Service Lines, Finance, Legal, and HRT on compensation model redesigns

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, interpret and visualize data from multiple sources with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communications skills
• Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in a complex and matrix organizational structure
