Data Analytics College Intern - Analytics and Innovation

## About the Role Denver International Airport’s Analytics and Innovation Department is seeking a Data Analytics DENtern. The Data and Analytics Team supports KPIs, dashboards, and innovation pilots for Operations, including Maintenance, Operations, Asset Management, Technical Operations, and Parking. ## Projects - Business Intelligence Support for Airport Operations: Discover how data analytics, dashboards, and metrics can drive business decisions and the future of DEN. Support senior-level data architects in enhancing current BI solutions or creating new ones for customers. - Power Platform Automation: Innovate automated solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Platform. Learn industry standards and best practices established by the Business Intelligence team, including development and change management processes. - Data Integration, Modeling, and Reporting Enhancement: Collaborate with Business Technologies to create or update SQL integrations, Power BI and Fabric, and/or tabular models to improve enterprise reporting capabilities. Hours typically vary from 15–30 hours per week during school semesters and may not exceed 39 hours per week. The schedule is flexible to accommodate academic commitments. The workplace follows a hybrid model with three required days in the office. Employees work where needed to support business at Denver International Airport and must work within Colorado. Housing and relocation assistance are not offered. The pay range is $21.42–$24.14 per hour, commensurate with education. The position is eligible for enrollment in the City and County of Denver’s 457b retirement plan and is not eligible for other additional benefits. On-call positions may have routine or variable schedules.
