Data & Analytics - Intern

Farm Credit Services of America is part of a group of financial cooperatives providing credit, crop insurance, and financial services to farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses. The Data & Analytics Intern will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop data products, reporting solutions, automation, and AI-driven analytics across the data lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Engage with business units, product management, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions focusing on advanced analytics
• Collaborate on projects that utilize data-driven reporting and analytics frameworks
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to optimize business requirements through automation and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Facilitate the development of data to assist in reporting and creation of enterprise dashboards that effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Acquire skills in design, development, integration, and analytics by collaborating with other data, application development and product teams adhering to or adapting established methodologies and best practices
• Utilize appropriate tools and adhere to best practices to implement automation and ensure the reliability of AI-driven analytics

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or MIS, Electrical Engineering or similar degree
• Minimum of 3.0 GPA
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Available for a 12-week internship during the summer
