Data Analytics Intern

Summit Agricultural Group is an organization in the agriculture industry seeking a Data Analytics Intern. The intern will analyze trends, create reports, develop and analyze financial models, support presentations and special projects, and present internship results to management.

What you'll do:

• Assist business units by creating, updating and analyzing financial models on a wide variety of private equity investments across the agriculture industry, both domestically and internationally
• Create written and verbal research reports detailing findings from topics assigned. Specific subjects will likely include trend analysis in both the United States and Brazilian agriculture industries
• Aid in presentation preparation for various internal and external audiences. Update and further analyze data and reports used to track agricultural trends and pricing
• Manage special projects as needed
• Deliver a final presentation to Summit's management team summarizing experiences, results, and accomplishments from the internship

• Sophomore or above studying agricultural business, economics, finance or accounting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
• High level of interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently
