Data Analytics Intern Job Details | Qorvo

Qorvo is a semiconductor solutions company serving markets including consumer electronics, automotive, connectivity, healthcare, and aerospace and defense. The Data Analytics Intern will collect and preprocess datasets, analyze data for trends and insights, support predictive modeling and machine learning, and communicate findings through visualizations and reports.

What you'll do:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Support the development and validation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
• Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively
• Document methodologies and maintain data pipelines and workflows

What they're looking for:

• Qorvo's Internship Program is designed for college students currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
• Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBi, DataBricks, Spotfire) is a plus
