Data & Analytics Intern - Summer 2027

SERVPRO is a provider of fire and water cleanup, restoration, remediation, and related services. The Data & Analytics Intern will gain hands-on experience in business data analysis, data visualization, and data management while supporting reports, process improvement initiatives, department projects, and special assignments.

What you'll do:

• Participate in weekly intern activies as scheduled and assigned
• Attend team meetings and department events
• Shadow experienced employees to learn business operations
• Assist with department projects and initiatives
• Analyze data and prepare reports
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Participate in special projects assigned by supervisors

What they're looking for:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Early-stage proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau data visualization
• Working knowledge of databases and writing SQL
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive and creative mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be a current Junior or Senior enrolled in college, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data & Analytics, Data Science, Applied AI or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, R and SQL is preferred
