Data Automation Analyst (INTERNSHIP)

Patriot Group International Inc. (PGI) is a global mission support service provider known for its specialized services in security and risk management. They are seeking a part-time intern for the Data Automation Analyst position, which primarily focuses on QA of automation systems and data management across various programs.

What you'll do:

• Provide detailed reporting for both internal and external customers
• Implement updates to data requests for programs
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across multiple domains, including:
• Training programs, CGF examinations, and employee profiles
• Operations within PGI Smartsheet applications
• Backend and frontend workflows, such as dashboards and aggregated data sheets
• Deliver regular updates and introduce innovative features to enhance PGI workflow processes
• Provide strategic insights into best practices, workflow status, and backend project health
• Manage data analytics and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting to drive informed decision-making
• Support data management related to employee scheduling, time sheets, and PTO processes
• Conduct both physical and digital training for CGF and perform project health assessments from the employee perspective
• Manage both internal and customer labor reporting using Excel and scheduling software

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to read, write, understand the English language, apply written rules, instructions, and other materials
• A minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and periodic random drug screening as well as a background check

• Excels at operating in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
