Data Driven Marketing Analyst - Performance Optimization

Deluxe is a technology-enabled solutions provider with a data, analytics, and marketing services agency. The Data Driven Marketing Analyst will ingest and sanitize large datasets, perform marketing campaign attribution and measurement, and develop analyses and reporting to identify responders and optimize campaign results.

What you'll do:

• Use Python, Java, SQL, and other languages and tools to ingest and sanitize large structured and semi-structured datasets to prepare for performance attribution
• Use Python, Java, SQL and other languages and tools to execute performance attribution and measurement processes and identify marketing campaign responders
• Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other tools to assess attribution process and campaign results

What they're looking for:

• * Successfully completed coursework in statistics, math, economics, or related quantitative field
• * Experience with analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc
• * Experience in professional or course work using Microsoft Office product suite and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience: 1 years of experience in use of analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Java, AWS, etc
• * Highly motivated, results-oriented and proactive, with an ability to prioritize and manage several open projects at once
• * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• * Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex analytical concepts and methodology to non-technical audiences
• * Experience in professional or course work with analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, Java, AWS, etc
