About this role
JOB SUMMARY
The data entry clerk receives, validates, and updates data. Operates data entry devices to input records, lists or other data points into an electronic format. Perform administrative duties including but not limited to data entry and scanning documents for the company.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been entered.
- Timely processing, review, and entering of customer's orders into ERP System
- Verify data and correct data where necessary.
- Enter and maintain labor ticket records.
- Maintain files, documentation, and databases in accordance with company policy.
- Administrative help as needed throughout various departments of the company.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Strong communication and written skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
- High level of accuracy is required
- Detail-oriented and a willingness to ask questions.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- 5 Years of experience in similar roles within Manufacturing
- High School Diploma/GED

Physical Requirements
This position primarily involves sedentary office work, including extended periods of sitting and computer use. The role requires frequent typing and use of office equipment, regular verbal communication by phone and in person, and occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
