Position Title: Data Entry Operator I

Location: Newport, RI

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope of Work: Provides data entry and administrative support for NUWCDIVNPT Code 104 enterprise infrastructure operations, capturing service desk, help desk, and reporting data used to track network, telephone, and media services activity. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Enter and maintain records in service desk ticket and work order tracking systems. 

• Log network help desk calls and open work orders for issues. 

• Compile data supporting work order metrics and maintenance service reports. 

• Maintain accurate documentation and records of administrative actions. 

Qualifications

• Minimum education, years of experience, and skills in accordance with the NUWCDIVNPT labor category description for this position and level. 

• Proficiency with data entry, service desk ticketing, and standard office productivity tools.
