As a **senior** or **lead data steward**, you’ll drive Corporate Finance’s data strategy through governance, stewardship, and metadata practices. Partnering with the Data Governance Office, data owners, and business subject matter experts, you’ll ensure data is accurate, trusted, accessible, and responsibly managed. You’ll also support business priorities, compliance, strategic initiatives, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) activities, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled solutions.

**Minimum qualifications**
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience
**Preferred skills**
- Experience supporting data governance and stewardship, including managing data engagement and intake processes, driving governance adoption, and leading maturity assessments and action planning.
- Knowledge of data migration and data management practices, including supporting Snowflake migrations, reviewing data mappings and metadata, and coordinating testing and data validation.
- Experience building and leading stewardship capabilities, including onboarding, coaching, and mentoring stewards, and evolving operating model to support strategic initiatives such as M&A and AI.
- Strong organizational, communication, consulting, and partnership skills, with the ability to develop training, gather partner feedback, track governance deliverables, facilitate metric certification, and serve as a liaison between business and IT on complex governance and migration decisions.
**Compensation**
- $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
