Data Governance, Visualization and Automation Intern - Financial Data Governance - Data Visualization

## Position Summary Xcel Energy is seeking candidates to support our CFO Organization, specifically, within our Financial Data Governance, Data Visualization or the Process Automation team. These teams support Financial Data Governance, reporting and visualization, and automation efforts that improve business processes and technology solutions across Xcel Energy. The intern may be involved in helping gather and analyze data, create visual insights, support dashboards and collaboration tools, or assisting with automation and process improvement projects that transform manual work and support internal business needs. This role may involve working with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and internal customers while using tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other automation platforms. ## Teams Hiring: - Financial Data Governance - Data Visualization - Process Automation ## Typical intern responsibilities may include but are not limited to: - Support system administrator for financial/accounting systems and maintain and update financial master data - Document and maintain procedures, process guides, and supporting materials to enhance consistency and compliance - Ability to access, manage, transfer, integrate and analyze complex datasets. - Develop, manage, and support automation project - Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders.
