Data Insights Intern

Fidelity Bank is offering a competitive Fall 2026 Data Insights Internship that provides hands-on experience in data analytics. Interns will work closely with the Data Insights Manager to support the Consumer Banking Division's strategic priorities and will engage in various data analysis tasks.

What you'll do:

• Assisting with data projects including data acquisition, cleaning, analysis, and visualization
• Creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support divisional goals and performance
• Analyzing customer behaviors for sales strategy deployment
• Supporting divisional projects surrounding efficiency and process improvement
• Reviewing competitor data to identify opportunities in the market
• Collaborating on wide-scale studies regarding divisional performance, market trends, and product opportunities

What they're looking for:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• Skills in analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection
• Passion for learning, research, and investigation
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, Tableau)
• Work experience in banking, marketing, or customer service
• Understanding of the principals of banking
