About this role
Koch Engineered Solutions is seeking a Data Product Analyst to support its ET&S data delivery team. What you'll do:
- Translate enterprise data governance standards and policies into clear, analyst-ready requirements
- Support governance metrics and the insight needs of data owners, helping them monitor and steward their data domains
- Pair with data engineers (DE) and data analysts (DA) to build and refine KPI reporting on the team's data products
- Maintain visibility into data product priorities, progress, and dependencies, ensuring stakeholders have clear insight into status, risks, and upcoming work
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate, document, and prioritize new governance, reporting, and data quality opportunities
- Document data definitions, quality rules, and reporting logic so governance artifacts stay accurate and reusable
- Facilitate routine reviews of scorecards and KPIs, flagging trends, gaps, and data-quality issues for follow-up
- Partner with stakeholders to communicate changes to data definitions, quality rules, and governance standards, helping ensure successful implementation
- Monitor data product usage and adoption metrics, identifying opportunities to improve value delivery and support retirement decisions when products no longer meet business needs

- Experience working with data in tools such as Excel or Power BI and foundational SQL skills
- Experience translating technical details into plain-language requirements and status updates
- Experience collaborating effectively across both technical and non-technical business teams
